“I recently fell for a scam from some guy who approached me in a Publix parking lot offering to fix several scratches on my rear bumper for a fraction of what a body shop would cost. He sprayed some paint on the car and it looked okay at first but I quickly realized that it was a botched job. I had used New England Auto Works many years ago on the recommendation of my employer and my only hesitation about going back was my embarrassment at falling for this scam. Leo and Mike were very understanding of my situation and got the job done right in just two days. They even removed the bumper so that I could use the car while the bumper was being fixed and didn’t have to pay for a rental or an Uber. Leo and Mike were both very professional. They do excellent work and I highly recommend their shop. My only regret is that I didn’t bring my car to them in the first place. Lesson learned, but my positive experience with Leo and Mike outweighs the stupidity I felt for falling for the scam.”

“They did really good, solid work. Only complaint was not getting a call when it was ready. I’d called and asked when they thought it might be ready & she said probably around Saturday at noon. I got no call Saturday, so assumed it had taken longer than expected. But when I called Monday, she said, “Oh yeah, I was waiting for you on Saturday.” ????????♂️????????♂️????????♂️ Cost me an extra few days of a rental car. But on the important stuff, they were GREAT.”

I had never heard of them before seeing their Groupon Offer Carlos answered all my questions on the phone, very friendly and professional. The repair shop was clean and didn't have that grimey mechanic feel. I left my car at the shop and went to work, arrived around 6 hours later and my car was ready.
