Alltech's customer service was A+++. Excellent communication. My insurance company is terrible. Allstate was not willing to use new parts, but Alltech went to bat for us. In the end, our car, which should have been totaled, was nicer than when we first bought it. I would never go anywhere else for auto body repair.
