“I've thought long and hard about this review because we bought a washer and dryer from Discount Appliance Warehouse over a month ago and we had quite a journey. I won't bore you with all the details but suffice it to say that even though we originally got 2 dryers that did not work (although they worked in the shop), the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. It took the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse, 2 licensed electricians, a handyman and LCEC almost 6 weeks to determine a very freaky electrical issue that made the voltage fluctuate and rendered the dryer unworkable - at our house only. Not only did Discount Appliance Warehouse send out their technician several times (without a charge) but they upgraded both pieces at no charge to us in an attempt to make it right. I wasn't sure where the journey would land, but in the end, I have a wonderful working washer and dryer that I bought from a company that didn't bail when things got complicated.”

“I have worked with Jimenez Appliance for many years even when they were in Fort Myers. All Appliances I've purchased have been great and I've sent others there as well. We were having a problem with our fron load washer once and went there to see what he had and he told us how to check for error codes and if we got a certain one it was a circuit board. He gave the part number we needed and we fixed it ourselves. He is a very honest person and has advised us which brands/models are better than others. I would highly recommend Jimenez Appliances.”
“We bought 10 fans for our new house in 2014 because they are high quality and have a limited lifetime warranty on the motors for the original purchaser. They have been trouble free until now. One motor died. Steve replaced it free of charge with a smile. We have to pay the $120 to the electrician for installation and happy to do so. Thank you Steve!”

“I went to home Depot on skyline in Cape Coral FL. Roxy was a customer service representative that saw I was lost but looking for something. She asked if I need help. I told her I need an electric cord for my new washer and dryer I just ordered from home Depot. She took me right to the cord I needed and walked me to the front. “I have used the store in north fort Myers before and swapped to the cape store where Dale and his team is after some issues w north fort Myers store. I absolutely love dale and his team. Always helpful always have what I want in stock and never have an issue with anything! If so. He fixes it asap.. won’t go any where else.”
