“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Last week, I was concluding a work trip in Brandon. I was driving back home (60 miles away) when I heard a very scary noise... the dust shield (undercarriage) was dragging on the ground, hanging on by one screw. Also had a windshield wiper that flew competely off and a friend put it back on.. but it was BACKWARDS. I pulled into the shop without an appointment and in sheer panic, close to tears. Ryan took care of these issues with NO charge... very kind, polite, efficient. Shelby, the Office Manager, also greeted me with kindness and assured me everything would be fine. My car broke down driving from South Florida to Tampa and I took it to a few other dealerships and they said it was going to take thousands of dollars in a couple days to fix. “Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We found our new spot! Such a great experience from the beginning to the end. I called in to get info before scheduling our vehicle to be fixed. Gary was so nice the way he spoke and explained things. They found the problem and had it fixed within 24 hours. Fixed, fixed. Like, the problem is actually gone.. upon pickup they were again so kind to my son and I. I obviously never want car issues, but I’ll be happy to bring our vehicles here for everything here on out.
