Great bank just for daily simple transactions. It was better years ago with PMA accts. Branches become much more like a retail store them a branch with friendly finance advisers from years ago... Reducing services like drive thru, commercial lines etc...But, still working just fine for daily banking needs.

Natalya Kozhevnik was so helpful. I haven't had a great customer service for awhile, but today Natalya went above and beyond my expectations. She's very attentive and knowledgeable. Very kind as well. Thank you for having courteous employees like her. Sincerely Ileana Astman
