This is how I felt while trying to implement a new diet for my dog. I originally thought that I was going to have to figure out all these remaining questions myself (as it was taking so long to get a reply from the doctors), but when I called Holistic Pets looking for the proper foods, the nutritional expert, Gregory, told me to bring in the medical documents from the meeting with my doctor for an in-house consultation. Very quickly, he was able to answer all of my remaining questions, help me select the proper foods, and help me select items that were more affordable for me. Highly recommend Holistic Pets!

This location, more specifically its' manager, Amanda, immediately exceeded my expectations when I called the morning after my pups grooming appointment to notify her she had been nicked by the clippers on her side. Rather than becoming defensive, Amanda immediately accepted responsibility for the injury on behalf of her employee, apologized profusely and offered immediate access to veterinary care (which thankfully wasn't necessary). She asked for pictures of the injury so I promptly emailed two to her. Within hours, she had determined who the groomer was and initiated internal protocols for handling a situation such as this one. That same day, my credit card was credited the full amount of the invoice I had paid.When working with live animals, there is always the risk of inadvertent injury. I love that this organization has a customer focused plan in place for handling this type of unfortunate situation. My pup has been groomed there several times in the past and I will continue to bring her there in the future. Accidents happen and I don't believe well run businesses should be destroyed by them. Dr. Doyens and his Staff provided us with an excellent service for 3 dogs and 2 cats for close to six years and we felt offended by this penny pinching.

8460 Cooper Creek Blvd STE 101, BradentonFantastic people. Our dog (Osito) has had the unfortunate distinction of being a two-time Levine patient. In 2022 Osito had a back issue that required surgery. He recovered about 95-98%. In Mid May of 2024 he had an issue that turned out to be a neck disc. Dr. Levine operated both times. Osito is well on his way to 100% recovery from episode 2. Dr. Levine and staff are absolute angels!!! They truly cared about Osito and were there every step of the way. I highly recommend them. That being said, if you have a Dachshund, a Frenchie, or a Corgi (or any other dog prone to neural issues) you need to have insurance. Our pet insurance paid out 80% of Osito's surgical bills.

8239 Cooper Creek Blvd, BradentonI have a 3 year-old Golden Retriever who was recently diagnosed with mast cell tumor. A month post treatment of the MTC, I noticed swollen lymph nodes and went back to see the specialist who had treated him. The specialist would have required a week before testing the lymph nodes due to scheduling. I walked in without an appointment to UAC in uncontrollable tears. The front staff handled my anxiousness perfectly and gave reassurance. Dr. Lexi saw us right away and did an FNA of two lymph nodes. The results were positive for lymphoma. She personally called me with the results and expressed her sincerest condolences. Dr. Lexi will be the one who will be putting him down when the time comes. I have never felt more at home then after enduring such traumatic news from a staff who not only knew how to handle it, but also felt my pain as well. The staff at this clinic will always be viewed as family to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have them and their support through this terrible process. They truly love their patients and the patients' owners.

Why its a 4 instead a 3 is because they give great service. They care about the animals which i can confidently say not all vets do. They are polite to me and my cat. Definitely worth the drive. I live in sarasota so its s 30 minute drive minimum. Theyre expensive though. If you care about price a lot dont come here. They will suck you dry and this time you wont enjoy it. The vet is great. At least the one i got. Theres 3 of them. I dont know about the others or if they even exist. They could be a myth.....

3118 Bay Dr, BradentonAmazing trainer! I inherited an aggressive three year old Belgian Malinois. I have eight other dogs and all different breeds. I raised certain breeds that are supposedly aggressive but not true at all. They grew up to be respectful and sociable dogs. Unfortunately this poor guy is confused and so was I. Two months in my home and he’s thinks he runs the house. I wasn’t sure if my drill sergeant personality dosed with lots of love and affection will work on this dog. The dog taught me a valuable lesson that not all dogs are the same when it comes to training. Will opened my eyes and made me realize I had to dedicate more time to walking him and more. He has soooo much knowledge and experience it blew my mind. Keep in mind other trainers I spoke to before speaking with Will told me to get rid of him or put him down because he will get worse. Well they were wrong. I noticed walking him did immediately make a difference on how he was acting at night towards his area and the other dogs. Little by little he will change and so will I. It’s consistency, understanding, patience, and love that will get us to a good place. God too but I think he’s letting us work out dog differences on our own cause we got. Thank you so much Will.

He allowed me to pay him for my first visit on my next visit, very helpful. The facility is hard to find, it’s not labeled and you have to go through several gates. It’s best to call first. They have a large property for the dogs and the water was crystal clear blue. The dogs love it!

John builds trust and bonds quickly with the dogs he trains. We continued to work with John after the initial training was over until Arlo was fully trained off leash. He is such a well behaved dog thanks to John. I enjoy walking him off leash around my neighborhood and feel comfortable Arlo will listen to my commands and maintain his calm demeanor throughout the day! I highly recommend John for any of your dog trainer needs.

Excellent quality coffee with some nice takes on speciality drinks. Kind and attentive staff. Some decent snacks if you want to grab a light bite as well. Parking can be a bear, but it’s worth it. One of my favorite places in town to work on my laptop if I need a change of scenery.
Parking: Parking can be difficult here with all the tourists, especially during high times. Bring your patience.
