“I had an issue with my account — it was restricted due to a check I deposited. I kept calling the customer service line, but no one could help. It took me a week and a half to resolve. I called Chase maybe ten times, and they kept telling me the same thing. Finally, I decided to go into a branch. I spoke with Jamie. She immediately took responsibility for the issue, called repeatedly, and finally reached someone who could help, getting my account turned back on. I can't say enough good things about Jamie. She's amazing, super helpful, and in both interactions I’ve had with her, she’s gone above and beyond.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Chase Bank overall, but my experience with Jamie was incredible, and I can't thank her enough.”
