Jordi by far, hands done, delivered a phenomenal customer service experience. He answered all of our questions exceptionally. “These guys were okay*I'm not all that happy with Metro. The cost to reinstate is more expensive at this location. Plus, I was told it'd cost $0 if I did it myself online- problem is, the robo operator asks for a phone number which can't be reached bc mine decided to take a swim in the toilet (what can I say...? It was hot outside? ???), and bc or couldn't get through she hung up on me... frustration!BUT... Metro offers a special program the others don't!*One more thing- advice, for what is worth, ... if you're going to work there and NEED to be on your phone for some reason, do it where customers don't see you as they walk in... it looks so unprofessional!”

“It isn't often that I find myself at Target but I was given several gift cards that I wanted to use. I needed a storage bin large enough to hold my work equipment but small enough to fit in the hatch of my Kia Seltos. My husband reminded me that Target has a good selection of storage bins, so after church on a recent Sunday we made our way to Target.We must have arrived at a good time because inside the store was very quiet. We quickly found our way to the storage bins. I found what I needed at a good price. As we walked around the store, I noticed how clean it is especially in the grocery area. You can find just about anything you need or want at Target from groceries to clothing to electronics and more.I stopped at the snack bar to buy a bag of popcorn and a cold drink. The smell of the popcorn popping was too much to resist! The young lady stationed at the snack bar was friendly and polite. The cashiers who rung up our other purchases was also very friendly and helpful when the gift card gave me a little trouble. All in all, it was a much more pleasant experience than some other big box store. There's still some money left on my gift cards so I'll be back.”

“This is my favorite T-Mobile Store and has the best employees. But the real superstar there is John John is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He got straight to work trying to lower my rate the other day when I went in and I was there for something else and within minutes, he said I can save you some money And I felt so good about that because I was having a really bad day and he was so cheerful and so helpful and has a great personality made me laugh. I invite you to say hello to John when you go into the store and see what he can do for you. I know you’ll be happy. I love Tmobile and people like John that Keep sticking around.”
