“This is a terrific small business with impeccable customer service. As a result of my ring finger being injured several months ago, my three-piece wedding ring set needed to be resized. This was no small job, as all three rings needed to be increased by a full size. They did the most beautiful job for me, and all three rings fit perfectly and look brand new. Also, very surprisingly, the job only took two days, and they called me as soon as they were ready. I also had them re-solder a post back onto an earring, and once again, a perfect job! I'm a customer for life!”

“My Dad passed away last year and he had this chain necklace that he always wore even before I was born so it's 30+ years old. It is very special to me. I had it converted into a bracelet and because it was so old the part where the clasp hooks into got seperated when I accidentally got it caught on something. It had a lot of tarnish and wear from years and years of use and abuse. I did some research and came across Bonita Beach Jewelers and told a lovely lady(cannot remember her name) about my situation. She said she would have it done in a few days and she would clean up the chain for me. I dropped it off on a Saturday and I got a call Tuesday saying it was done. I couldn't believe how fast it was. When I went to pick it up, when she pulled the chain out of the bag, I thought it was the wrong item but it was the same chain. I could not believe it but she managed to get the chain to look BRAND NEW with a mirror finish on it. Not only that, she repaired the clasp and now it is secure and won't fall off anytime soon. Not only did she do an exceptional job that was way above my expectations, but she did it quickly and the price was more than reasonable. I am so glad that I found this place and entrusted my Dad's chain with them. Jewelry that has meaning like that is priceless, so it helps to bring it to the right people and these people are the best! I am now going to be a return customer and bring all my jewelry to them from now on! The lady that helped also mentioned that she's one of the few silver smiths in town. I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccomend this place if you need repairs done. Thank you again for making my Dad's chain shine like the day he got it! It means a lot to me.”

“I recently discovered this Austin TX watch company. CEO and owner Steven is a great guy that really goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. The watches are pieces of art that are all handmade here in the United States with Swiss movement and the highest quality parts. There is no doubt in my mind I should have paid a lot more than I did for my limited edition Bergstrom Air watch. It is incredible. If you are into watches , I highly recommend taking a look at what DuFrane has to offer , you won't be disappointed. The photo below I have the blue alligator leather strap that was extra and just looks killer on this watch but it comes with the brown leather strap you see in the photo which looks awesome as well. “I have been dealing with Gulfcoast Coin and Jewelry since I moved to Florida a few years ago. Special shout out to Suzi. She not only made the special effort to find me a mixed metal chain that could be used as an anklet but, she went out of her way to text me a pic, have me come in to see it, measure it then sized it with great turn around time. And, she has sized a few other pieces for me as well. When I come in she always has a smile, is friendly whether I make a purchase or not and offers to clean other pieces I'm wearing when I stop by to look. The prices are always fair, the staff is friendly and professional and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend them.”

I mistakenly forgot to pay a loan I had with them. even though it was well past the default day, they let me redo the loan since they still had the item ! They realize people who do this need their items back and go above and beyond to work with you. No other pawn shop would do that that I'm aware of....
