Had a Rolex(fake but nice) and needed a battery. One jeweler wanted $35 to open the back and if he couldn't he would have to drill two or three holes to get it open. Suzanne got it off and replaced the battery. Great group of people. They REPLACE WATCH BATTERIES with no trouble.

Jim was very helpful and I think I got a fair return on the gold I exchanged for a reasonably priced, but beautiful gold chain that I purchased. I would recommend this establishment for selling and buying gold.
