“I had a thumbnail chip of paint on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma tailgate. Most people would have ignored it and moved on but I couldn't. I took it to Jacks to repair. They did a incredible job ofrepair and painting that it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff up front were so nice and helpful and gave me the cost to repair it. They were knowledgeable of all the aspects of the repair. They took their time to do the work and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. They gave the whole low down just in case they needed another part. They didnt but were very transparent just in case. I definitely recommend them if you need top notch collision repair or even a small little chip repair.”

“I have used them for work on my 2018 Audi S5 and my 2003 Porsche 911. Have always been happy with the work and the customer service level. Recently thought my Black on Black 2003 Porsche was not looking very sharp. Swirls from car wash ( I know shame on me) and lots or dulling and fading. Was considering a $2,000 refinish with ceramic coating. Asked what they could do. They said it would be $275 but honestly weren't sure they could get it to were I wanted it. Was delighted when I picked it up and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Fabulous job. Under promise over deliver!! Unheard of. Hats off. Highly recommend these guys.”

“I have been taking my Hummer H2 and my daughter's BMW 318i to Ryan at R.E.A. Automotive for years now, and I cannot say enough good things about both Ryan and his business R.E.A. Automotive. Ryan has every possible ASE Auto Mechanic Certification (there are currently 8 of them!) and it is evident from his vast knowledge of every potential problem or issue that may arise - and the best solution to every issue, especially as the vehicles get older. I found Ryan and R.E.A. years ago when some stereo work was done on my Hummer, accidentally resulting in the frying of my body control module. Unfortunately, since the manufacturer stopped making the Hummer H2 many years ago, it was impossible to find a new body control module anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Although the stereo shop found a used module and replaced the destroyed module with the used one, the module they installed was useless in my Hummer because of years of performance work I had done, including installation of a supercharger and other performance enhancements. Without a properly functioning body control module, my Hummer essentially became a 6400 pound paper weight! After extensive searching for a solution or someone who knew what to do, Ryan and R.E.A. Automotive came to the rescue. Ryan knew how to reprogram the used body control module so that it was tuned properly for all of the performance enhancements on my Hummer, and I was back in business - to my great relief! Since that day, Ryan and his team have continued to take care of all of our vehicles with amazing skill, honesty, knowledge, fair pricing, and absolute professionalism. Finding a mechanic like Ryan is like finding a gold nugget in a dump-truck full of coal. I absolutely recommend Ryan and his entire team at R.E.A. Automotive without any reservations!”

“Brett replaced a damaged 2009 door, using a salvaged door I provided. The door was not the exact right year, but he made it work. He did a great color match, and reconnected the stereo, electric sideview mirror, power window and air bag.Brett has a GI engineer vibe---- he "gets the assignment." He runs a clean shop, and turned around my job in two days at a lower-than-competitive rate. Considering all the rip-off artists here in SWF, I was happy to find someone who understood the job. “When my car needed a Coolant Filler Hose at the last minute...they had one in stock and saved me!! I had just replaced my radiator and everything was good for a few days but I noticed a leak near my filler hose and when I went to tighten the hose it just disintegrated. The day before I was to pickup our friends at the airport!! O'Reilly was the only store in town that had one in stock!! Y'all saved my azz.”
