“I can certainly see how this establishment has almost 100% 5 star ratings. I had my car fixed there in 2018 and remembered everything being superb, so when I needed more body work I drove up and down Dixie Hwy until I found them again. Tim and Jessie are the absolute best! I was treated with kindness and respect. The price was extremely reasonable, my car was done on time and the work remarkable. My 2015 benz looks as good as it did the day I drove her off the showroom floor. In my estimation, there is no reason to go any where else.THANK YOU ALLTECH!”
“I unfortunately was rear ended and had to bring my car in for some cosmetic repairs.
They made the entire process from start to finish unbelievably easy and stress free. The initial quote was quick and accurate when it came to the actual final bill. They were extremely responsive (always had my calls answered within 1 or 2 rings) and they stuck to their promised repair schedule and promptly called me as soon as my car was ready. On top of that, they were very flexible and worked with me when it came to payment, as the person responsible for the damage was going to pay them directly. They dealt with them completely and I did not have to be involved at all, which was completely unnecessary by them, but just a great example of their level of service. Would absolutely recommend and use them again. Would also like to shout out the extremely attentive and friendly lady that manages their appointments and repairs.

“A lot of these one star reviews are purely subjective and don’t include important facts such as customers being rude and/or just angry that they have to pay for their actions.In palm beach county it is 177$ to hook up to a vehicle and 7.50 per mile, as decided by Palm Beach CONSUMER AFFAIRS, not any tow truck company. That is why it get expensive. If anybody has a problem with what they have to pay. They can complain and leave their silly one star reviews at the Palm Beach Consumer Affairs Google Review page, and after that they can make sure to Drive SAFELY and think things through before abandoning their vehicle and/or property on the side of the road while it obstructs traffic.There are always details that are conveniently missing from these one stars reviews that unfairly attempt to paint (on a bad canvas) an ugly picture about Westway Towing of PALM BEACH or Westway Towing of BROWARD and their respective employees.While not perfect, their law enforcement response times are always second to none and other calls are processed in a timely manner in the order that they are received so that employees can and do their jobs to the upmost of professionalism and respective caliber. Any other tow company that claims to have the same are frauds like the customers that they serve. ?”

“City Towing just left with my vehicle. I had to file a roadside claim with Geico after an electrical issue left my vehicle disabled in a parking lot. It was a busy day with heavy rain the night before and I already had another tow company just not show up.
City Towing dispatch called me twice - once to let me know they were able to come out and it would be about 30-45 min, and again when they were running a little behind to let me know the driver would be there shortly. Great to hear from them to assure me I am still a priority.
Mo was the driver he was very friendly and asked me a few questions. He was knowledgeable about the shop I was towing to and allowed me to take some time to remove items from my car. He was quick to hook up and after handing him the keys and was gone in 15 min.
If I ever need towing again, this is the ONLY company I would call.”
