If I could a zero to Sixt for customer service I would. They play pass the buck with every single transaction. 2 weeks trying to rectify an issue and no resolution. Do not rent from them if you want a smooth experience. Let me say it again, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. DO NOT RENT.
