This store use to be so good! No longer! The current management is terrible and does not want to help the customers or they decide which customers to help and which ones they do not. Joan and Paula (sales associates) are the worst. I suggest Crate and Barrel! They have much nicer people working there and better prices.

I love the quality of potterybarn however buyer beware, they have price drops and if anything goes on sale before the very long delivery time they will not credit you the difference. The corporate customer service will not credit the difference either. Horrible customer service. If you cancel anything and reorder at the lower price they will not refund the delivery/white glove service and apply to new order so you would pay for two delivery services. There's no reason why they can't credit you the difference for a price drop before it's delivered. Customer retention and long term relationships should be a priority.

By far the worst store for customer service. The last straw was having my in home design appointment moved to virtual, which I accepted. It was confirmed and no one called. When I called the store, the designer was with someone else, customer service was on a break and no one could do anything. I rearranged my Saturday to accommodate the designer schedule when they called to make the appointment virtual.Previous poor in person service as well. Going to a different location!!! Or using another service. Terrible. Especially considering we bought a sectional 2 weeks ago from that store.

Terrible service!!!!!! Terrible salesperson!!!!! I bought a table and has been a year I did not receive it. No ones is available to help me. Terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee store!!!! Don't buy here. Don't buy from Pottery Barn. Poor very poor costumer service. I want my table!!!!!!!!!!

Very rude staff at this location. I was standing at register and the sales Person asked if I needed help in a very rude way like I was bothering her. I was returning an item and she walked away and came back a few minutes later and forcibly handing me a piece of paper saying here!

Rude staff and zero management. They wouldn't know customer service if it bit them on the tail. We tried to return an item that we had bought just 48 hours prior, at a different Pottery Barn, and they gave us such a hassle that we couldn't return it there. In other words, we had to drive to an entirely different Pottery Barn, 30 miles away, just to do something I should've been able to do. This has happened in the past, in terms of poor service, so it's not just a one off. We will not return.

had sofa delivered with stains. been a month after 6 emails and 4 phone calls and no one has followed up to come clean it. GREAT PRODUCTS BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cannot say enough good things about how great our experience here today was. Frannie was the sweetest and most helpful salesperson we have experienced in a long time. We were looking at sofas and she took the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend seeing her and Josh on the weekends should you need anything from pottery barn.

Buyer, beware! In my opinion, a very poor experience. After waiting several months, I was informed my items were available for white glove delivery. After making the arrangements for delivery in my building, I was informed by the delivery team only half of the furniture order was on the truck. I should have rejected the entire delivery, now I’m struggling to get a hold of someone who can research my order and give me an update on the remaining items.In my opinion, Pottery Barn is NOT a furniture store. I would suggest trying Havertys or other companies the truly offer white glove delivery. I hope this saves you time and frustration.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Elderly employee slammed the door in my face and shook her head no as I tried explaining I have a pickup order already paid for. I then proceeded to call and witnessed them pick up the phone and leave the line on but not answer. What a joke of customer service.

THE WORST, REPEAT, WORST SERVICE EVER. Do not order unless you are willing to wait around for NUMEROUS failed delivery attempts. Today was my sixth scheduled delivery, which was canceled with no notice. Demi, the assistant store manager seemed helpful at first and supposedly had gotten district managers etc involved in resolving my delivery issues, but after numerous failed delivery attempts she passed me onto the general customer service line due to the lack of visibility.For my sixth delivery attempt I was able to finally get through to the hub where they notified my order was a mis catch, meaning the wrong item was sent to the hub for the third time. Now I am in the process of a return where I will not have my money back till all the pieces are picked up and processed by the same people the cannot ship out the correct table. Even better I was nearly unable to return some part of the set that I ordered because it was past the return date. When all the pieces were shipped at different times, out of my control. The store assured me I would be able to see the whole set up and make a decision whether or not I would like to return once it ALL arrived. I now have to wait for them to come to my home to pick up all the items that I am returning for the seventh time I am taking out of my schedule. More of an inconvenience and zero appeasement compensation. There's ZERO communication between customer service, shipping scheduling, the hub or the drivers. Their systems lack visibility between each part of the business. Not worth the time or energy, this is your warning to find a new furniture store. I am left with hours of time on the phone and spent waiting for my furniture to be left with NOTHING, no discount, no furniture, simply a waste of my time and energy.

Potterybarn has the worst customer service. it took 6 months to get a desk. when I asked what the hold up is the manager at Palm Beach Gardens store said you can cancel what kind of service is that for custome or company. They took my final payment 3 months in advance of the delivery. No company does that it was not custom. Potterybarn keeps you on hold for actual humans to answer your call. I would only buy from them if the items were in stock. otherwise it is a nightnare dealing with them. If you're could I'd give the a 0 as a review score.

I had a terrible experience purchasing furniture for our home from Pottery Barn in Town Center Mall Boca. The salespeople are friendly and helpful when you're in the store buying.The shipping was awful, they kept pushing back the delivery dates and every item that was delivered cost me hundreds of dollars per item. The manager Josh was suppose to send me all of the delivery costs via email but he never did. He said he would work on getting the fees reduced but he never did. I left several messages for him at the store and he never returned any of my calls. The sales person was very nice but not organized or helpful regarding the shipping process. I called Pottery Barn customer service to ask about reducing shipping charges because I had to pay each time an item shipped based on their time frame for item. Customer service said "they can't reduce shipping fees because its their policy" The bottom line you pay top dollar, expensive shipping fees, continues delays, lack of communication from manager or care because they already made the sale. I ordered furniture from other stores and it was a positive, organized and straightforward process, nothing like Pottery Barn.
