Reason I say this is because most everything they sell is too short for my height. Not many options. Jay was patient with me. he helped with few options & in the end, Jay put in a special order for me. In about 5 days time My items came in and were a Perfect fit. I got lucky! Nice pants! “My wife and kids love Abercrombie and Fitch. We stopped by the Town Center branch today. The store was in tip top shape, very clean and organized, and the associates were kind and helpful. Multiple items were 30 to 40% off which was nice. While I never find anything for myself here, my wife has consistently said the clothes here are good quality and value. The only criticism I'd make is that the sale rack was a bit disorganized, making it hard to find the sizes I was looking for. Other than that everything was A-OK. We were in and out in no time. Very pleasant experience all around. Four stars.”

“Writing this not as a customer, but as a former employee that worked here since we first opened to the day of our closing. This place was my first job, and it had both its high and low points. What most people don't realize is that this location is franchised, and thus both our return policy and warranties are something that's much harder to honor in store due to Cariloha Corporates' lack of support for their franchises.Although I have some critical thoughts on the company itself, I do still believe in the quality that goes into this product. If you ever hate the brand, then choose to hate the company and not the stores that sell it specifically.It's been a pleasure working here, and for anyone reading this have a wonderful day.”
