“Just wanted to give a very big Thank you ❤️to Nick DaSilva who is one of the managers at this location!!He went out of the way to help my son and I with an issue with his phone , it was more of an issue with the hardware/ Apple ? itself, but nevertheless, he walked us through all the information and he called Apple ?Customer Service with us and explained everything to myself and my son who has autism,.My son was very frustrated not having his phone to use., I greatly appreciate Nick’s kindness and time that he spent with us.!!

I left the store after some really nice conversations with its staff and renewed faith in the kindness of people.
I would def recommend store over the Boca Raton Mall location which was unpleasant. Maybe bc they have too much foot traffic?! Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt...”
