i called 3 times to have my package ready for pickup and they continued to ship it out. I was in a hurry and needed this package immediately, now it won't arrive on time. clearly not listening to their customers!

I ordered Wine that required a signature from an adult 21 years or older and photo ID. The driver apparently delivered it to the wrong address and never got a signature and left it at a door. Instead of Federal Express picking up the package from the incorrect address and delivering to the correct address they sent the package back to the shipper as refused. Now I have to call the shipper and explain the mix up delaying my package for another few days. When I called and spoke to a customer service rep even she couldn't believe how this was handled and said sorry there is nothing more I can do. If I could I would give them a zero!

One person working intake? Especially during a weekday? Utterly ridiculous. Sure, the staff is friendly; but no one wants to wait for an extended period of time during the workday to ship one package. Get it together, FedEx.

Horrible customer service employees are not familiar with shipping process. Over 15 years working for FedEx, was told FedEx website wasn't accurate information. Was basically told to call customer service and the employees didn't want to help me!

This is my first review ever for any business and I must say, this has been the lowest level of customer service I have EVER received. Unfortunately I did not pick up on the two employees' names, but they didn't even attempt to understand a unique situation I had with a shipment and just said "next". I cannot state this enough, do not come to this FedEx location, unless you are ready for some very low-level education service.

After my package could not be delivered without a signature I had to drive 40 mins to pick it up. That I understand as it was a computer ... theft etc. My daughter could not wait till I was off work to sign for it. I arrived at the fedex 2 mins before the closed from work. The reception was with attitude. Furthermore, I think was helped by the manager who informed me "no name on the package." I was like what?? I proceeded by responding "It better be here" and I better leave with the package. I looked on the wall and saw the manager on duty posted was Mary... I presume it was her. I hope I am wrong. But I sad no more. She has her hair in sister loc or dreds. If so this manager on duty was rude because I stated this "package better "be there. She was like "or else what??" I replied that will be unacceptable. She says again "or else what??" I mean I had called to assure it was there 2 days in a row. She said who was I referring to better be there?? I responded fedex. So she said "exactly." Luckily they found the package and another agent offered to complete process. He was nice. I left and immediately called fedex to express my experience. Terrible attitude. Not what I expect going to fedex. What a shame. I hope she was not a manager. I am glad I did not ask.
