Andres (front counter) is great, and will take care of you every time. Be advised that this is a smaller location (compared to airports), so one would assume reservations are highly recommended - but they always do what they can to get you in a car quickly, even if that means trying to drive one in from another location. I've rented same-day (not often, but when plans change), and they've always managed to help me out.”

“No line at the front desk whatsoever, and was greeted professionally as soon as I walked in. The whole rental process took less than 5 minutes. I was upgraded to a larger premium vehicle for free, which was nice. The car interior was well cleaned and in great shape. I'd recommend to anyone that you sign up for Hertz Gold, as it really does make the process faster, and you get occasional upgrades for free.”
“another great location of sixt right next to mizner park literally. I came here several weeks ago to swap and after my initial pick up and Kieth actually took care of me and said I can just come to this location to book form now on instead of driving all the way to Fort Lauderdale and that he'd make sure I was taken care of as he too knew of all the troubles I tend to have with this company and their employees just most of the time these people are so stingy and mean and I dont respond well to that as il never return to your place of business if you make me feel unwelcome stupid for my questions etc whatever in a way that is quite clearly unfair rude or unpleasant so Keith made extra sure I was taken care of and he told me to come back and see him every time . he also upgraded me to the x3 when I was in an x1. that was super gracious of him . this is just another awesome location with an awesome team member so when in boca come stop by and and say hi to mister Keith.”
