“I was rear ended driving to work on I -95 in October. The damage to the driver side and rear end that was made by a four door heavy duty truck, made my car unsafe to drive. Once I was able to have the car towed, I quickly made arrangements with my insurance company to take the car to a repair shop that was specifically approved and qualified to make repairs to a Tesla.
Sunshine Collision is knowledgeable, trained and approved by Tesla so my insurance company and I were extremely happy to know that certified repairs would be made.
The first few days were a little stressful, but once the car was delivered, I received a call from sunshine collision and the information was quickly uploaded, including the report from the PBCSheriff’s Office that had the other drivers insurance company and driver information.

After one telephone conversation, sunshine collision removed almost all of the mentally exhausting tasks and challenges that are usually associated with accident repair from me and took care of contacting the insurance companies and collecting checks for the repairs, following up with the insurance company to ensure I was not being charged and having additional costs for unexpected damages processed in hours- yes hours- not days!

Once the majority of the repairs had been completed, sunshine called me to update my repair timeline and let me know that I could expect my car to be ready by the beginning of the next week.

Ken spoke with me infrequently at first, but then more frequently as the day of completion became clearer.

I called less than a week ago and just yesterday I received a text from my car, letting me know that it was ready to be picked up.
Walked in around 11:30 AM and walked out before 12 PM.
My car was newly serviced, wiped down and waiting to be driven home.
I do not have a single negative remark about sunshine and they had my car for almost two months while parts were being ordered and delivered- if anything- they went out of their way to make sure I was aware that parts were back ordered and they took every single call I made and always made sure that my questions were answered.

This repair shop will keep you in the loop for the duration of the time that they have your car. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish- I could go on with all the reasons why you should trust them to work on your car, but to be as friendly and helpful, well, the search ends for me, right there. This group is by far the nicest, well informed and politest group of people I have come across in a long time. Yes, they do what they are expected to- they will repair your car, ,but they will do a whole lot more than that and without you even asking.

“A few months ago I brought in a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI with coolant and oil leaks. Eli and Mike realized it was a big job, but took the time to determine the best course of action for them to be successful and I a happy customer. We decided on a complete reseal of the engine and replaced water pump and other components.

Though it was a big and expensive job, I have been driving the car on several road trips with no issues. I hope to get many more years out of the car.”

“I recently fell for a scam from some guy who approached me in a Publix parking lot offering to fix several scratches on my rear bumper for a fraction of what a body shop would cost. He sprayed some paint on the car and it looked okay at first but I quickly realized that it was a botched job. I had used New England Auto Works many years ago on the recommendation of my employer and my only hesitation about going back was my embarrassment at falling for this scam. Leo and Mike were very understanding of my situation and got the job done right in just two days. They even removed the bumper so that I could use the car while the bumper was being fixed and didn’t have to pay for a rental or an Uber. Leo and Mike were both very professional. They do excellent work and I highly recommend their shop. My only regret is that I didn’t bring my car to them in the first place. Lesson learned, but my positive experience with Leo and Mike outweighs the stupidity I felt for falling for the scam.”

They made the entire process from start to finish unbelievably easy and stress free. The initial quote was quick and accurate when it came to the actual final bill. They were extremely responsive (always had my calls answered within 1 or 2 rings) and they stuck to their promised repair schedule and promptly called me as soon as my car was ready. On top of that, they were very flexible and worked with me when it came to payment, as the person responsible for the damage was going to pay them directly.
