“I was visiting my mother for the holidays from out of state and the morning I was leaving to head back home-7 hour drive through Atlanta, my car decided to not cooperate. I had it towed to George’s that morning, a Saturday, and explained to them my situation. They were so nice and understanding and did everything they could to diagnose it that day. A freak accident down the road, where a car took out a power pole, cut the power to the whole area for several hours. Needless to say it could not be done that day but on Monday I was able to get back on the road and home, just in time for Christmas! Whatever my car did for myself and the tow truck driver never replicated itself for them. They tried every which way to get it to do it again. I feel like they were completely honest and shockingly I thought UNDERCHARGED me for the time they took. If I did not live so far away, they would most definitely be my place to go for any service I needed.”
