“Verizon you’d better thank and reward Dante for saving your customer of 22+ years. His level of honesty, professionalism, kindness, and huge heart is the only reason why I am still a Verizon customer. Verizon isn’t getting 5 stars Dante is. Verizon, you need to quit telling customers one thing and doing another. You need to quit having customers have to call in 12 times over the same issue to get something resolved. Then come to find out it’s not resolved and continue to have to fight to get it resolved. What happened to your customer service? What happened to your service.? Quite frankly it’s went downhill. If it doesn’t get better I can say I won’t be a customer once my phones are paid off so you got two years to fix things.”

I told him my budget & my needs he made a couple of suggestions & then recommended one he knew to be the better phone. He answered my many questions with patience & good humour, all the while setting up my new phone & transferring all my "stuff" (photos, contacts & apps) seamlessly from old to new.
