“Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.”

“Verizon you’d better thank and reward Dante for saving your customer of 22+ years. His level of honesty, professionalism, kindness, and huge heart is the only reason why I am still a Verizon customer. Verizon isn’t getting 5 stars Dante is. Verizon, you need to quit telling customers one thing and doing another. You need to quit having customers have to call in 12 times over the same issue to get something resolved. Then come to find out it’s not resolved and continue to have to fight to get it resolved. What happened to your customer service? What happened to your service.? Quite frankly it’s went downhill. If it doesn’t get better I can say I won’t be a customer once my phones are paid off so you got two years to fix things.”
