“What a worderful gem this boutique hotel is. Chris was so very helpful to us and showed exceptional customer service from check in to check out. The concierge Art gave us great suggestions on what to see in the area and Daniel was a lovely server for lunch as we were waiting to check out. Every person made us feel welcome and valued.The boutique hotel is located perfectly on ocean dr, just at the beginning so the hustle and bustle and noise is far enough removed for a quiet stay in walking distance of everything and right across from the beach.Highly recommend this lovely hotel for your next stay at south beach. “Listen!! I can’t stop raving about the W as a hotel chain! This was my 2nd time at one of the hotels and we felt the warmth and welcome the second we arrived!From the moment we walked in and in till we left, the treatment was five solid stars! Our concierge Sole checked in on us everyday until we checked out! They provided a hand written welcome card with some yummy snacks.The breakfast was definitely worth any additional cost! Overall worth the priceRooms: Was upgraded to the Oasis with an ocean view, 1.5 bathroom with a full kitchenette!”

“This place was spectacular!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It felt like a peaceful jungle oasis, while being close to all the fun exciting parts of Miami Beach. They did those extra complimentary touches to make us feel welcome. The rooms were pristinely clean. I loved that there were 2 pools - one on the rooftop with more of a fun, social vibe, and one on the ground floor in a tranquil garden (great place to relax).The food at El Patio was delicious and not overpriced.”

They offer a pretty impressive selection of food for brunch. Very nice warm pool for cold days. Despite the size of hotel it doesn’t feel crowded. Exquisite design and peaceful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay at Setai. Highly recommend!”

“The Vagabond is a no frills great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Would have scored higher if the hotel had better parking, better coffee, an included breakfast, and more amenities. The shower was excellent and the overall location is prime.”

“Gaythering Hotel and it's on Miami Beach off Alton Rd. I had stayed in a room on the third floor with a friend who was on vacation and decided to stay there. Drank and smoked and had a good time. If your Gay this place is the place to maybe meet people with common interests. “Really enjoyed staying here. The room was a lot more spacious than what I expected. Yes, our building didn’t have an elevator but it wasn’t that big of a deal. It’s self check in but they had someone at the lobby some of the days who was very friendly. Big bonus that it comes with two chairs and towels at the Boucher Brothers stand and we didn’t have to pay $20 a day for the chairs. I’ve stayed at other hotels on Ocean Dr that charge way more than what I paid for at this hotel and they were terrible. This location isn’t right on the beach but it was a 5 min walk and right above a lively street with amazing food. Definitely recommend and will be booking here again.”

“Stayed here before we left on a cruise- the hotel is really beautiful! Clean, peaceful, and the lounge area was moody with great live music. Food and drinks were also amazing. The bar staff heard it was our honeymoon and sent us a round of drinks which is always so nice and not expected! The staff we had contact with were the nicest people and very helpful. You even have the amenities the next day of your stay even if you’re checking out.”

“The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. “10/10 experience would go again. First when you walk in the resort you are amazed by the space and all the decorations, you can tell they put time and money into the hotel to make sure it is comfortable for us and for the whole trip. The service was amazing we had a server named Jhair and if I’m being honest he was the best server we had there. My family is mostly Spanish speakers and even though we speak English too he tried his best to talk in our language so we were comfortable to speak. The location is beautiful from the amount of things you can do to the pools and down to the beach and the all a 10/10 sight to see. The food was amazing just the whole trip was an amazing and worth every single penny.”

“There are two detractors which I will mention below. Before that I must say that the staffers are amazing. The staff is very kind and friendly. This is why i included a picture of clothes in a bag. The housekeeping staff noticed my laundry. They may have thought that it was sad for a man to travel alone. I came back from my conference to find it nicely placed in the bag for me. Some may be disturbed, but I appreciated it. room was in the older building so I cannot speak to the newer tower. The room was quite nice. I found the towel rack in the bathtub enclosure confusing until I turned on the shower. There is no danger of the towels getting beyond damp as the lower pressure will no reach them. While there is a ramp for those of us where stairs are not the best option (bad knees, wheelchair, heavy luggage) it did not appear to be used with a solid metal door, not an inviting interest. The newer tower was VERY ADA compliant and inviting.The grounds and amenities are are wonderful. Take in the pool, cabanas, and lounge the day away!”

“Worse hotel I've ever been in my life. I rather stay at a holiday inn than ever put a feet back in this establishment. The service is JUST SO BAD. They scream at you, housekeeping service does not come to do your room even if you call 4 times. They dont even leave you towels. This is absolutely insane. Never stay here.”
