“After a workout, I stopped by this TJ Maxx to pick up a last-minute Christmas gift. The wide range and quality of the products impressed me. They had an entire section dedicated to Hello Kitty merchandise. So I began stockpiling items for the Hello Kitty fans in my life. Perla, one of the employees, noticed my cart and excitedly told me about the new Hello Kitty bag that had just arrived. She was so sweet. She also kept my shopping cart secure while I went to get a gift card from my car.I left with gifts for several people, including myself. I only removed one star because the aisles were narrow due to all of the items. Perhaps they can rearrange the clothing racks and shelves to make more room for people to walk through with shopping carts.”

“My first visit. Impressive shopping mall. Not crowded and two hours of free parking. The TJ Marx appeared larger than most of their other stores. I came to return an item purchased at another store, didn’t shop. The young lady who handled the return was very friendly and helpful. Next time I’ll shop here and not the one at The Shoppes of Midtown.”

As you walk in you will find the produce section on the right and all the other departments to the left of the main entrance.I found the shelves well stocked and most items had their corresponding price label. I could find many Great Value items next to National brand labels, so it was easy to compare price per unit, ingredients and sizes.The staff was busy but pleasant.”

“I placed an order for pickup at the NW 7th Ave location and arrived to get my items. When I couldn't change my order from pick up to curbside I called for assistance. I was told by the woman that my order could not be changed because it was the last day to pick up my items. I explained that that did not make any sense as I was still within the pick up window. It should not matter if it was the first or the last day. The woman insisted I needed to go inside if I wanted my items or cancel and order from somewhere else. So I did. I placed my new order at miami central and arrived at curbside pickup. I tried to alert the staff that I was there but the app would not allow me to use the curbside option. I kept trying to change from pickup to curbside but to no avail. I called and spoke to Consuella who told me not to worry, she would be right out. She arrived shortly after with my items in tote and happier than ever to assist me. She was friendly and accommodating and made sure I knew that any time she was at the store would be willing and able to help me. She went above and beyond to assist me and her customer service was outstanding!!”
