“KARLA P is the only and one I go to, she is a brand ambassador and queen of Dior. And any other brands you need. She is not pushy like the other people at neiman, I always have the best time shopping with her. She is great a listens to your needs, she goes above and beyond for you. I was there for a gift and she help me package it in a doir box with ribbons so cute and special, my friend that received the gift was so happy and delighted. On top of that she is beautiful and has a great heart. I could not find an item at this location, so Karla helped me set it up with a different Neiman Marcus location with Marisol. “Brioni is a highly regarded name. When it comes to suits this is where I go. They are others like Attolini, Kiton, Cifonelli etc which are as good but I personally like Brioni. Guys stop wear Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and list goes on. They are not suit makers. Differently there service is out of this world as you walk in. Before you even look around you are drinking champagne.”

Best polka dots and fabric patterns. Amazing craftsmanship totally worth the price. Did not buy anything from the store since they did not have anything I couldn’t get online or from the mall near me but loved the experience.”

“I had the most amazing experience today in the store and prior to even getting there. I called about a specific issue I had with wanting to exchange a bag I received as a gift and Krishna, the collection specialist was most helpful and patient with me. When I got to the store she had the bags ready for me to see that I specifically mentioned I was interested in and she assisted me in choosing the best for my lifestyle. The store general manager Mariana was also helpful and patient with me suggesting her opinion to help me choose which color and bag. Both were kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I have traveled all over the world and shopped in many designer stores, this team at this location by far sets the bar highest! If only every store had these women them to help clients! I highly recommend this location for Bottega Veneta purchases!”

“This was my first purchase with the brand so I was nervous so I purchased a sale item. The color of the dress on the website looked different in person but the dress is so beautifully made I kept it. I needed some help from customer service and I was connected to Jillian at the Bal Harbour store. Jillian's customer service is remarkable!!! I called back a few days later for additional help and she assisted me with no problem. I ended up purchasing two sale items which was of great value. Jillian assisted me as if I was purchasing regular priced items and her customer service did not slack off because I was ordering from the sales selections. I will be purchasing the dress not on sale I was just trying to have control but between the customer service and the quality I am hooked!!! Thanks Jillian!!!!”
