“Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals,and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do.
Thank you young lady, and continue to be as professional, and courteous as you were on Saturday, and everyday.”
“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”

“Sooo, while shopping for swimwear for my 4 year old daughter I walked into this store and found some really good quality clothing. The place is pricey, yet, when you see the quality and design of the clothing they carry, you will understand why. I was assisted by this kind young lady, I believe her name is spelt Chira. She was very pleasant and patient with me as we scrolled through the clearance rack. I believe I walked out with four outfits for just under $200. Like I said wonderful clothing for young children. Their clothing lines are imports from European designers.”

“I usually enjoy shopping at H&M, but my recent visit to the Aventura Mall location was disappointing. The air conditioning was broken, making it uncomfortably hot inside. Browsing through clothes in such heat was not a pleasant experience. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was hard to focus on shopping because of how warm it was. Hopefully, they fix the AC soon because it’s a great store otherwise.”

“Great store to shop. Great selection but very busy store. On the weekends I do not recommend to go it is way too busy. The customer service needs to improve, cashiers seem uninterested and talk to each other while you are trying to pay. They are rude and push to pay and go.”

She managed to be of great assistance to me in a very comfortable yet professional way, while maintaining social distancing. “Great store, with big variety of style clothes and offers as well. Customer service is spectacular. Big shoutout to Elia, who I think was the best salesperson I’ve ever experienced. It was so great that I’m also writing this review which I’ve never done for retail shop. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always there to assist without annoying the customers, but informing you about any offers or any request I may had. Will definitely be back.
