“I arrived at the place and the gentleman who attended us that day was very cordial. I mentioned that I was looking for a suit for a 'white coat' ceremony for medical school, and with just that information, the professional knew exactly what was appropriate for such an event. In less than an hour, we had already decided what we were going to buy. He recommended a blue suit, its shirt, and tie, in addition to finding me some good dress shoes that matched well with the suit. I highly recommend it. :)”

“Hi Gorav & Mohammed. It’s Vonne from Alaska! I must say I am obsessed with this store not only because the guys are very helpful and personable they know their demographic & what works for each individual. One has to make several trips just to soak in all they have to offer from purses, book bags, jewelry, gowns, dresses, 2pc casual/ formal outfits. It’s a veritable one stop shop for all things Afrocentric from sporty to beach vibes to formal attire. They even have an online shop! This will be my go to place whenever I’m in Miami. Here’s a photo of the beautiful gown I purchased. For a point of reference I am 5’11 1/2 “ and way on the other side of 200 lbs (~225lbs)”

“El Palacio De Las Guayaberas was a pleasant surprise; the store had a wide variety of shirt colors and fabrics for men, a nice selection of pants were also available. The store also has a large selection for the ladies as well. I met the owner Mr. Pepe when I made my purchase; to say I was deeply impressed by his knowledge of the available colors, styles and various sizes would be an understatement. Mr Pepe is one fashionable individual who obviously takes pride in his appearance as he dresses to impress with his selection and style from the shirts he sells. He is quite helpful in his assisting of the purchaser, and when you exit the premises you know you've been treated like family not just a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!”

Also the store is located in the historic Northside shopping center which been around since the 1960s. So if you ever in Miami off of 79th Street and Northwest 27th Avenue definitely stopped in.”
