I called one other repair place nearby and they literally laughed at me and said “get ready for a big bill.” Ted was respectful and talked me through what was happening with my car in a way that made sense to someone not familiar with cars. They were fast and great with their service and they even found out it was a much lower service and cost than what was expected. I didn’t feel taken advantage of but taken care of and respected. Best Auto Yard Experience Ever – Ask for George!
I can’t say enough great things about Central Florida Auto Yard! After dealing with several other places that either didn’t have the part I needed or tried to charge outrageous prices (one even gave me the wrong part and still charged a restocking fee!), I finally found this hidden gem in Auburndale.
From the moment I walked in, George made me feel like family. You can tell it’s a real, honest, family-run business—not one of those cold, commercial operations. George genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. Even though he didn’t have the part right away, he didn’t give up. He started checking other options, refused to let me overpay, and had his guys out in the yard checking vehicle after vehicle. After searching through FIVE cars, they found exactly what I needed—and gave it to me for about a third of what other places were asking!
No pressure, no gimmicks—just kindness, integrity, and great customer service. If you’re tired of the runaround from other junkyards or auto part shops, go see George. You’ll leave with the part you need and a smile on your face.

“I recently had a TOP SHELF experience with Fenix Parts in Auburndale FL. Needed to replace the driver and passenger seats in my 2013 Mini Cooper because of an air bag sensor part failure. After a month of unsuccessfully looking on my own I reached out to Fenix for assistance. I give all credit to their employee Judy who located two front seats in great condition in Utah. She expertly handled all communications between me and the seller and even provided shipping updates while the seats were in transit. “While in Auburndale last Sunday, I got a screw in my tire. Went to Walmart tire center which was busy. Manny came out and I explained the situation. He looked in the system and realized they did not have the tire in stock. I told him I live in Avon Park and would check with them. I wasn't sure if I could drive that far as the screw is halfway in. Manny said no problem back the car up and I will put the spare on for you. He did this while answering other associates and workers questions. He was very professional and a great asset to your store! He went above to help me out and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
