Office manager stopped me we verified it was the same battery O'Reilly's had and he matched the price and I got 6 months longer on the warranty. They have my business info ever need batteries again. “I stopped in for an estimate after some nice person hit my bumper in a parking lot while I was shopping. The left front bumper was loose. I was treated very nicely by the staff. One of the men came out to give me an estimate. He then fixed my bumper while I waited about 15 minutes and did not charge me!! Now that is service above and beyond. Thank you. “I went in today 9/29/23 for just an oil change on a car I've had for a week. The previous owners messed up the muffler system so bad that it was hanging on by wires and had fallen. I couldn't afford for them to put it back correctly and they said they'll try to secure it as best they could. It actually had fallen again and I called them and told them what had happened. They picked me up right away and helped take it off completely. I'm honestly so grateful for them and how kind they are. I highly recommend going to them for anything car related. 10 stars all of the way!!”

“About a year ago I needed some body work done and I was referred to Joseph Motors by a reputable business colleague. My husband had already had it fixed but when I got the quote it was less than 3 other body shops. I promised them I would remember them in the future.Well fast forward to the future I needed body work again. (Teenage driver ??♀️). So I take my 13 year old Honda Pilot to them and from beginning to end I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone.Mr. James Joseph was detailed and compassionate about my situation when I expressed to him that my daughter would be paying for it and we wanted to do some repairs ourselves to help save her some money. It was a real gem finding out that we had somethings in common regarding our faith. I was impressed to read how long they have been in business and for some reason I had never knew they existed. They obviously are doing something very right.I enjoyed getting to know Sonny and how long he has worked there too.Now on to Phil, their bodyshop guru. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredible to work with. He gave me his cell # and communicated with me often regarding my repairs and findings. Throughout this process I realized he is extremely passionate about his job and takes it very seriously and genuinely cares about the repairs. He doesn’t try to hide or not fix things to get an extra buck. He spoke very respectful to me as a female and didn’t talk down to me like I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was doing. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was so cautious to not rack up the expenses to help save my daughter money.All in all I am truly blessed and grateful for Joseph motors and how they have helped us through this difficult time.
