“The staff are amazing, really sweet and friendly. The place is a budget grocery store, so it doesn't have tons of selection.... but it is very handy to grab staples when i don't want to do an hour round trip to town. There is a section of an aisle dedicated to local offerings, which is great, especially in these days of lab produced conglomerate foods. Very good Hispanic section too, with some unusual things in the produce section. They run specials . Overall a great place, pleasant experience”

“This is by far the best Publix I've ever been to! Everything is so fresh and clean and everyone's so polite and friendly! You can even ask for extra Wasabi because there's actually somebody working in the seafood sushi spot! Highly recommend stopping in and shopping THIS location next to Target!”

“BEST CUBAN SANDWICH IN GNV!!! ????????????Forreal though. I thought Pop-a-top had the best one, but i went here on a rainy sunday afternoon hoping they had a cuban, and i was NOT disappointed. Pop-a-top has a great cuban, but it's not quite like the ones you get in Tampa. This place NAILS it though. Fantastic sandwich, 10 out of 10, do not miss.”

“Unfortunately the only reason I stopped in turned out to be a bust. After standing in line for 20 minutes they let us all know they had no bread to make sandwiches.. so sushi it was and I wasn't impressed. However they had some very good already made sandwich selections so that is what we did.”

“Publix is the finest market anywhere. The continually cycle through specific brands for promotion, "BOGO." So you can nearly always find the type of item you seek on sale. This location is fully assessable, with employes ready to assist. The surface is flat from parking lot to the store interior.”
“Somehow I'd never been in here before today despite being a huge fan of ethnic grocery stores and someone who does cook a fair amount of Latin food. I found the store a bit smaller than I first expected but they have a lot of products all the same--indeed, they have a good selection of Caribbean Latin goods plus some Mexican/Central American and even a decent selection of West African foods and the all-essential red palm oil! I was not expecting that, but it's great they carry West African stuff because no one else seems to in town (inform me if I'm wrong here) plus a lot of these products are used in the Caribbean, too. This is also a pretty easy place to get to, despite being in a small and kind of weird, older, shopping center there's ample parking. Also, the bread they carry is very tasty-- be sure to get some of their bread while in for your groceries! Most importantly, the staff are super-nice and helpful. **** Tiene una variedad de productos mas amplia y el trato con los clientes es súper amable y de atención rápida. “Abondened store on Archer. Never has Publix soda in stock and screwed up my last three online hoagie orders. Newberry store is quieter, staff is very friendly and they stock the soda! Last time I was there, I ordered thin sliced baloney and he sliced it beautifully. Archer store is closer but Newberry store is better. I'll go the extra mile.”

“It's a small publix, so there's a limited selection. And if you need to go during peak hours, parking is a headache. I recommend the Tower Road location 5 mins away.

“this is a pretty nice Publix. I've been to a bunch of them in Florida Georgia, etc. and I would say this is one of the bigger ones. They have a really good childcare department caring a lot of the formulas which is really nice. The pro department is nice and when I went there at the bakery department was extremely helpful. it's very large and spacious as well and extremely clean from when I went. Weirdly enough the parking lot has large parking spots, which is nice. The prices are normal for any Publix. Everyone here was very nice and helpful and they seem to have everything you need. one of my favorite Publix of all”

“I eat a lot of beef, chicken, pork so I am always on the lookout for sales....and my Bronson Save A Lot has great sales quite often. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially Julie) and I can almost always find exactly what I came in to shop for. The 40 oz bacon pieces that they carry are absolutely delicious and a great price. This bacon goes really well with green beans. 2 small issues for me are fresh vegetables seem to be less than fresh at times and often the sale prices do not ring up...so I have found I need to be very vigilant in both pointing out the sale items and checking my receipts before I leave the store. I would give this a 4 1/2 stars if Google would allow because overall I am very pleased with my entire shopping experiences and what I buy. Thank you very very much!!!”

“I live right around the corner and although there are a select few that work there that have come and gone, or I hope they are gone soon but there are a few member's that really do not get the notoriety that she deserves. To be honest with you, I do not know her name, and she has been there forever and a day! She is the most sweetest, genuine person they have there and I'm don't feel like she is appreciated enough. She is always there, always kind, always moving. If they don't have her stuck at the front tending the register she is stocking, and facing products, ALWAYS! And what I appreciate about her is she does her job and does it with a nice attitude. There are managers that work there that gripe and complain about everything under the sun including their jobs, while on the clock. There is one in particular that complains EVERYTIME I walk in the door, he is whining about something, or someone and nobody wants to hear negativity every time I walk in a store. I will say I absolutely LOVE the new store manager, Leah I believe her name is not the red head but the brown curly hair with glasses, she is exceptional, and does her job very well. She knows her customers by name, and makes sure we get what we need. But the black lady, I was speaking about is very very very good at her job and I feel like without her there all this time, u would have lost a lot of customers of it not for her believe me when I tell your she is an asset to your team of employees and she needs to be noticed by someone other than myself.”
“Their nice... The current team is definitely better than the ones at Tower Square!... Although they're not very good at acknowledging you there either! Have a lot of youth working at the time andI remember working for Publix we had was a rule if someone was within six feet you would speak you, would greet saying hello, let me know if you need anything!? Now they put their heads down and try to run away, but that's the youth some of the management are like! That especially at Tower square. For example I was shopping for some fresh made salads and deli sliders in the deli case, there was a staff member look like a manager.... unpacking boxes I guess he was a bit irritated. He wanted me to move around but didn't know how to politely say it or whatever! He didn't greet me or say ANYTHING. Later as I was taking a photo or something he asked me could he help me? On my way out the door! It was crazy. It seemed like he knew what he was doing.... you couldn't speak to me whenI was almost in your personal space but now when I'm heading out the door you want to ask me what's wrong? Anyways I'll just deal with this one over here....”
“Y'all this place makes all the others look shameful. So neat, well stocked, organized and every employee was happy, helpful and full of life. The bathroom was clean and the fresh meat and produce looked vibrant. Prices were great and had variety. Probably our new spot! ??”
“The meat prices are great!!!! Some of the other prices are a bit higher, but I was definitely able to find everything that I needed!!! The young lady at the 10 items or less register was amazing!!!!!! Very few places can you find actual customer service, but this young lady was the epitome of customer service!!!!!”
“Since the new store manager (Amanda) has taken over the store in the last year and a 1/2 it's been a pleasant experience to shop there. I do have to say the Employees for the most part are very courteous. I will say they have the worst district manager of all times The district manager does not seem like a pleasant guy at all he seems like a real jackass I witnessed him Belittling the manager and employees At the store and I shop there all the time I live right across the street that is my go to store for everything If they were to get a new district manager It would be more pleasurable to shop there. The nice manager lady was very helpful . I believe some lady named Andrea was also very helpful. They need a new district manager because this guy is like I said,not a very pleasant person.”

“Every. Single. Time. I come in I am greeted by the lady at the register. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she is an angel and I look forward just to her saying hey! Her customer service is beyond any expectations I could ever exceed, and I work in customer service. She deserves a raise and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is a great asset to have to any company and I look forward to any encounters I have in the near future!! I don’t have enough words to compliment her sweet self. That girl deserves a raise. I also observed two other managers(I think) working hard together showing team work and great communication.”
