“I rented a storage unit from this location from 2021-2023. For two years I had no complains. The price was right and they always kept the place well maintained. There’s a code to use to enter and cameras are present for safety. Although being there two years and constant usage of the place I never had any bad experiences. They truly saved my life when things went sideways during Covid times. I will for ever be grateful for their services.”

“The one on Lake Weir in Ocala did not have an office it had a machine! Actually, it worked out great. The unit I'm renting is in Summerfield. I stopped by to make a payment and there was no one at the office. On my way to Ocala I saw this one. I stopped and they have a machine! I was able to make the payment. Very happy with this system.”

“Messed up on a monthly payment recently,Got locked out right at the gate....no time to figure out through the utterly stupid "Call Center" (empowered ONLY to forward a message to "someone" ... who was never there) ... just kept going.Couple hours later, CSR Yanique called ME ? I was baffled.She courteously guided me through the payment process, emailed docs for my records and texted the code that would remove the lockout...pleasantly.Asked her to marry me ... alas...some lucky dog already got there ... sooooo ... I settled for adopting her.Yep ...she's THAT GOOD.”

“My first time using a virtual kiosk!! I think it was great!! Smooth, with the only issue being that the door code only works at one specific door, but it was never really an issue!! Spacious isles for pulling vehicles up! Only complaint is our unit was directly in sunlight in the afternoon, but (not their fault!!)I never asked for anything specific! It was retched trying to get anything in and out at that time of the day!!!”
“We got a unit using the kiosk. It was simple and easy. The unit was clean and pest free. I called the 800 number to see if our pod could be delivered to the storage to unload. Customer service was extremely helpful and kind. We had the old delivered and emptied before the 24 hours but they gave us the phone number to the property manager Incase it didn't get picked up within 24 hours. The Bluetooth access is super convenient! Extremely pleased so far.”
