I don't think Etrade even deserves one star. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Its been 10 past 10 days and I am still waiting for my money to be transferred, It was taken out of my account immediately.

E*Trade needs more customer representatives for phone support. I got 3.5 hours on hold for the fraud department last Sat. Today I was put on hold for more than 2 hours to activate my account. Still waiting...

Phone etiquette and customer service not that great! Need to update system and get virtual debit cards! Hour long wait time every time I call . Received better service via email than phone; need more branches especially in Orlando area.Should offer services and promotions as well! Hope they aren’t robbing me .
