“Outstanding Customer service- i have been with them from 2011 or 2012....especially in North Charleston, SC 29406..In north Charleston, SC -there are great folks like Mrs.Debbie, Mrs. Llinda, Great Brother very intelligent Mr. Stirling, Mrs. Janice and few others it has been a while...so i forgot other names.and now recently had a great experince in Altamonte Springs, FloridaAlways happy with the Navy Federal from Day 1- now it is going to be X years by the start of this year I guess...Anyhow normally i send for North Charleston, SC 29406 branch. This time i must send since i moved to Florida still work for Department of Navy by accident:)These two people must be appreciated in Altamonte Springs, FloridaIt was on Thursday if I recollect -i have gone many times after I moved on October 9th 2023....This last Thursday January 4th 2024...had time crunch and work pressure, it was Lunch time or sort of pretty close to end of my shift...i went to Navy Federal , it was a long line, - Ms. Heaven- hopefully it is the right name-she was sitting in front desk on that day instead of cashier- she was quick to help me how to get that deposited and Dona. She was extremely helpful. Other person who helped to get my (it is hard to put that in this social media) so fast due to ? unable to put here- he was amazing younger brother -his name was Mr. Cristian brother- very nice gentleman - on January 4th he was in the Cashier or Teller or service for depositing or so , but he helped earlier-this is a long due for him... please ensure to pass on this good note to upper management.. Manager and Assistant manager for that branch always says hello and they remember me somehow- too much Asian Indian thick accent with always smiling:) Appreciated- Please pass this on to Upper management please- Appreciated again.Sri”

“I am very upset that I have not seen Kyle Faulkner at my branch on SR 436 in Altamonte Springs, for 3 weeks. He has been taking care of me for several years. He is an excellent and outstanding representative of your bank and has given me excellent service through the years. What happened to him? I would like to know, please bring him back. No one at the branch has given an explanation of why he is not there. I am a longstanding customer with several accounts at Regions Bank and he has been one of the most knowledgeable and helpful bank employees I have ever dealt with. I really hope he comes back.”
“I've been using this bank branch for a couple of years now because the one close to me is in a sketchy neighborhood. This one isn't close to my house, but it's not an inconvenient distance. Service is always speedy even when they're really busy, and they have handy Saturday hours.I'm writing this review because I recently had a really positive experience here. I came to the bank with a somewhat complicated banking issue. The teller Jessenia was very helpful and friendly and patiently worked with me across two visits to help me with my banking needs. Even though I wasn't able to complete the transaction, I didn't leave empty-handed. Jess and her colleagues were able to give me the info I needed to accomplish the purpose of my visit.I highly recommend this branch.”

“Very nice Suntrust!! I went inside and the wait wasn't too long, either. The bank teller was nice and cheerful, which made me feel the same. They also had complimentary coffee for guests! “For the past few years, I have been in charge of choosing banks for the stores that I manage, and I will always pick Truist when able. This is one of the best branches of Truist that I have been to. Today, I was running behind and came in just a few minutes before close. By the time I got up to the counter, it was past their closing time. I told them that I understood if they couldn't do my deposits and change order, but they insisted that it was no problem. Lucy was the teller who assisted me. She didn't rush through my transaction or make me feel unwelcome. She asked me how business was doing and made friendly conversation throughout my transaction. She even helped someone in the drive thru after me, even though they drove up after closing. She truly embodies customer service and hospitality.”
