“Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. I have to say owner Jimmy Darling took my job on and did an outstanding job on body repairs and paint work!!!! Highly, highly recommend. I am a customer for life. “Hands down, most reasonable and transparent service department I've dealt with. Took my Tacoma in to have some codes cleared. It's the original battery and 6 years old, so I knew they were going to say it needed a battery. There were diagnostic fees I wasn't a fan of. We discussed how those arbitrary fees affect other areas of their business. The service advisors agreed to filter through them, without compromising their commitment to adhering to Toyota protocol. I left feeling confident this was my new go-to for my small Toyota fleet.
If their sales staff has similar character, I'll be moving my future business from Jones Junction, purchasing the next generation RAV4 from i.g. Burton.”
