“1st time dealing w/ them & super impressed ! Purchased RV bathroom faucet & small items … EVERYONE there although ( even though busy at the time ) was knowledgeable, helpful, & courteous. They took the time to explain installation & even small helpful details. Next day when putting it in I called having difficulty on removing old one … AGAIN they were very very helpful reassuring & encouraging with small helpful ideas. “I have been meaning to leave a review for months. But I just want to say extraordinary service! I live in Virginia active duty military so time never was on our side and when I was on a search for a new skid steer I called everyone in my area and surrounding areas. Most brushed us off, but when I called burke equipment and spoke to Mike Brelia and he was so helpful then gave me a fair price for what I wanted. I can't say enough great things about Mike. I could not come pick up machine so had it transported for me and he was there and had everything ready. He went over machine top to bottom for us. Was so kind to my family who met him there.
