“LEAVING ORIGINAL COMMENT FOR FULL DISCLOSURE HERE (HOWEVER, PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW):Maybe a good place for high end rims...not for average joes. Get quotes in writing prior to work and ask about all fees included up front. I was told that fixing a cracked stock rim on a 2017 Ford Fusion would cost me $90 at 11:20 am (which is what the folks at Firestone said the repair should cost in total). Ended up paying $145 when they passed me the bill at 1:00 pm. $120 for the ($90) repair and an unexpected, not-quoted $25 fee. Maybe it was because I turned down work on another tire that I did not bring the car in for. The guy who quoted me the $90 in the morning, was nowhere to be found when the second guy brought me the invoice in the afternoon and gave me the-deer-in-the-headlights look when I mentioned the $90 quote.UPDATE: I called as suggested in the response below and they immediately processed a refund. They ended up charging me half of what the original cost would/should have been “for my trouble.” These folks care about making things right so customers are satisfied. They are honest and reasonable…but human and simply made a clerical error.”

“Overall, it was a well deserved experience. My mother's original mechanic is in PA, and we live in Delaware, so I needed to find somewhere local. I found this place from my fancy check engine reader. It recommended Newport Auto Center, where I could take it. I called and made an appointment for a diagnostic and Jeff took care of me. Matt was such a nice person also. Then I came back to get the car fixed and so far it sounds and runs great. I had a Valve cover gasket replacement. They are some busy men, that does great work. Thank you.”

“First impression was really great to see clean nice buildings and work area with lots of parking space behind the building. Owner is a nice person but most of all very honest and reliable.Had 4 tires mounted/balanced and alignment done here - it is a night and day difference. Squeaking noise is gone and my steering wheel is actually centered. Balancing of the tires were great - no more vibrations at 65 mph.Recommend to everyone - will be going myself to do brakes soon.If you need brakes, suspension, alignment, tires then you definitely need to consider this place.Services: Tires”

“The people at DaaX were amazing! I had a tire that another shop told me couldn’t be plugged/patched. They took one look at it, and told me it was an easy fix. I backed up to the garage and they had the tire off, repaired, and back on in less then 10 minutes. Simply amazing. No need for an appointment or anything. I’m going back there in the future. They were reasonably priced, and didn’t try and up sell me a new tire (or 4).”
