“If I could give this hidden gem 10 stars, I WOULD! Precision has been my "go-to" shop since they opened in 2018. The guys are always knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly, honest! The prices can't be beat and they always go above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns are taken care of before walking out. I stopped by this morning, in a pinch, to get my tire plugged before having to head into work. Rubia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took me right away, no waiting, no haggling prices and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing all the answers to his questions (as a woman, that's a rare find in the autobody biz and highly appreciated). He plugged my tire, checked the others and even had the electrician quickly address a concern I had with my lights. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Seriously...Stop going to Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube and hit these guys up instead! You won't regret it :)”

“LEAVING ORIGINAL COMMENT FOR FULL DISCLOSURE HERE (HOWEVER, PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW):Maybe a good place for high end rims...not for average joes. Get quotes in writing prior to work and ask about all fees included up front. I was told that fixing a cracked stock rim on a 2017 Ford Fusion would cost me $90 at 11:20 am (which is what the folks at Firestone said the repair should cost in total). Ended up paying $145 when they passed me the bill at 1:00 pm. $120 for the ($90) repair and an unexpected, not-quoted $25 fee. Maybe it was because I turned down work on another tire that I did not bring the car in for. The guy who quoted me the $90 in the morning, was nowhere to be found when the second guy brought me the invoice in the afternoon and gave me the-deer-in-the-headlights look when I mentioned the $90 quote.UPDATE: I called as suggested in the response below and they immediately processed a refund. They ended up charging me half of what the original cost would/should have been “for my trouble.” These folks care about making things right so customers are satisfied. They are honest and reasonable…but human and simply made a clerical error.”

“Overall, it was a well deserved experience. My mother's original mechanic is in PA, and we live in Delaware, so I needed to find somewhere local. I found this place from my fancy check engine reader. It recommended Newport Auto Center, where I could take it. I called and made an appointment for a diagnostic and Jeff took care of me. Matt was such a nice person also. Then I came back to get the car fixed and so far it sounds and runs great. I had a Valve cover gasket replacement. They are some busy men, that does great work. “Went in for an oil change: the process was easy, dropped my car off and they had a shuttle to take me to work. Car was finished before end of day and payment/pickup process was easy. I decided not to buy the wheels and tires l came for because I was given a great deal on another set I really liked better. I remember one time I pulled up in the parking lot and both bays were full so they came out and jacked my car up in the parking lot and put my new tires on. “Brad and his crew are amazing. They are a very reasonably priced shop that does exceptional work. I am an Uber and Lyft driver who puts a lot of miles on my Acura RDX. I get a lot of oil changes and tires and my car still purrs like a kitten thanks to Foulk Road. When I try to be a cheap ass and put something off, Brad immediately chastises me for my idiocy. He is an honest and knowledgeable mechanic who does rub some people the wrong way because he does not suffer fools. Great location, great value, great service!!”

“The guys that work there are honest and they always go out of their way to help. I stopped in about two weeks ago due to one of my tires being very low. The guy put air in my 3 tires. When he got to the fourth tire he realized that there was a nail in it. He could've just put air in it and sent me on my way. He cared enough to make sure that it was safe for me to drive and plugged it. They have helped me many times over the years. I wish that there were more places like this around.”
