I was totally terrified not beings though my corso hates bathing and hate riding in the car. And my rottie hates getting his toe nails clipped. Let me tell you. Bob came here took them out of my house and put them into his car without a fight. After they left, I sat by my phone waiting from him to call and tell me she won't let him bathe her. Babyyyy that did not happen. Not only was Bob able to bathe her. He was also able to clip my rottie nails without a fight. They came back so clean and smelling amazing. Then my corso had the nerve to be crying for him at the door when he was leaving ??♀️. Needless to say, Bob you will definitely have a new customer and he wants me to add my african borbel puppy to the pack. GREATTTTT JOB BOB.

I took her just for her nails to be trimmed and when I tell you it was quick, it was SO QUICK. She was finished before I even finished the paperwork! The young woman working this afternoon, I wish I caught her name, but again, I’m just so anxious when I take my cat out that I’m like tunnel vision on getting her out and back home, but the young woman was lovely! She was very sweet and kind and again SO QUICK! My cat came home and had a treat for being so good and while she was eating I could see her nails and they all look trimmed which is all I needed! Well worth every penny for me!

In addition to his size and strength, Zippy is extremely reactive, thus very difficult to control, when he encounters other dogs during walks. I advertised for dog walkers on Nextdoor and received a few responses from kids and other dog lovers. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. Fortunately, I'm again able to walk Zippy, but I will certainly call Your Pet's Best Friend anytime our circumstances require support with Zippy. Living about 12 minutes away feels like having a slice of luxury right in our backyard.
The atmosphere is intimate without trying too hard; it’s the kind of charm you can’t fake. Every time we walk in, we’re treated like family. The care is real, personal, and consistent—from the servers who check in exactly how we like each oyster, the top notch food options, to the incredible bartender, Brian.
Let me just say this: Brian, I would trust you with my life. I have genuinely never met a drink from him that I didn’t love (not like—love). Out of curiosity I asked if he discovered these cocktails or made them himself… and the answer made so much sense. He creates them. All of them. And they are second to none. The Apricot Sour, the Pear Penicillin, the Barbican Old Fashioned—each one is perfect. His creativity and consistency alone are worth coming back for.
Snuff Mill is one of those places I never want to leave, but must… mostly for the sake of my wallet and also to make sure I get home in one piece. Everyone here genuinely takes care of you—emphasis on care. They are kind, real people who want you to feel at home in their space.

Expertly crafted, properly aerated, I was honestly blown away with how magical their drinks are. The food is also fantastic. This spot has been on my mind since I went there. I just want to grab another latte, a good sandwich, and chill in the patio area all day.
Also to note, I went during a rather busy time. The staff kept their cool, and were able to patiently handle any issues that came up (in this insance it was the other customer's blunder) and they came to a great agreeable solution.

It’s the only place I can consistently get a great bagel with the perfect amount of cream cheese - they do not skimp and I love that they have monthly special flavors. They are all so nice and service is always quick even when busy! Truly a gem. I’ve never been disappointed and prices are more than fair. You really can’t go wrong! As a previous review said - never change!

One day, I even dropped about $180 on the ground while eating here. After finishing my meal, I left and lost the money. I called the restaurant, and they immediately confirmed that they had found it and left it for us to pick up. They are such a sincere and enthusiastic restaurant. I will high recommend it to all my friends!

It was such a comfort during such a horrible time to know that at least we had one less worry with what to do next. Earl & Kathy were right there to step in and ensure everything was going to be taken care of so that we could focus our time and energy on each other....just like they had done when our last dog, Copper, passed away a few years ago.
