I never worry about being taken advantage of. I find KA to be honest, reasonably priced, usually friendly; not at all condescending. The shuttle service is a huge convenience for me too. Happy to give 5 stars and highly recommend.

I brought my car in because my check engine light came on and noticed a change in the performance of my car. They found that the exhaust gas temperature sensor was bad and replaced it. Christopher kept me updated on the work being done. Car runs great! Very happy with the service!
