“I was blown away by the professionalism of this company. While the couch we selected ended up not fitting in our narrow stairway, the team at Bob’s was helpful from beginning to end. Great communication before delivery, easy refund when the couch had to be returned. We were so sad we couldn’t get the couch of our dreams from Bob’s but everyone with a wider stairwell should!”
