“Tom Shaw greeted us as we entered. We explained what we were searching for and he gave us information and pointed us in the right direction. He gave us the freedom to look without a sales person hovering, and I deeply appreciated that. When we had questions he was available. We had the pleasure of finding just the right furniture, after having visited three different stores that day. Tom was professional, helpful, and very engaging. His approach to sales was very appreciated; not high pressure, but treated us with friendliness, humor, and respect. He even sent us an email thanking us for shopping with them.Delivery was a breeze as well. We received texts letting us know the delivery time and who would be delivering. When the delivery guys showed up, they took extreme care to get the furniture in and left no marks on the walls or floors.My experience with R&F was very positive and I would recommend this store, and especially Tom Shaw, to others.”

“We were greeted very quickly by Marcy with a friendly smile and hello. Then, we were allowed to look around on our own. Marcy was right there when we found a sofa we liked and answered all the questions we had and made suggestions for any roadblocks. It was a fantastic experience!”

“A surprisingly well-stocked antique mall and notably crowded on our visit. Merchandise includes antiques, collectibles, and ephemera. Store has a peculiar aisle layout that seems to work, but makes for distance to the counter for locked showcase help. Staff member was particularly helpful in pointing out like items in a different location. The clientele was a bit different than expected and included young parents with kids. Most of the prices seemed reasonable though several of the glass cases with better quality items exhibited over-the-top expectations.”

“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”

“This "chain" gets it. Always stylishly decorated with consumer appealing home furnishings. Great manager, listened to our "wants" and brought in Lorraine, their interior designer to help refine and focus our choices. Her experience shined as she easily navigated the P.B. furniture website to illustrate design possibilities for our room layout. This staff listens to their customers and provides excellent design visuals. Time well spent.”

“Flooring pricing are usually competitive. Labor for installation also, but look closely. I was quoted one price and then, after doing my comparison with other stores and ordered the flooring material, sthe install labor rate was increased almost a dollar per sqft. I understand I could have cancelled my order but time was of the essence. I prefer if they were upfront about the rate. They still may have gotten my business.”
