We've lived hear 10 years.
The office staff is very accommodating, especially to my own personal issues due to me having a special needs child in my apartment home. If I need maintenance for any reason, they always call ahead to make sure that it's okay to come that particular day because of my son which I think goes above and beyond. The maintenance staff are always courteous, efficient and personal to my son which I find very endearing because they know how to speak with him after so many years of coming to my home.
It's a very nice and quiet place to live, and I've been very happy here.

Very nice and quiet. The only complaint is the mice’s coming into the apartment. We also need cameras. He ladies in the office and maintenance worker are very nice persons. Excellent place to live.

I am very please with this community, it’s quiet and well kept. I was able to get prompt service for a couple things the apartment needed attention , very minor. Pleasant staff .

Love living at Greenville on 141!! Christina, the landlord is top-notch friendly and personable!! Rarely have maintenance problems, but I had an issue today and it was taking care of as best as it could. The maintenance guy was so nice. I’ve been here almost 6 years. I truly never want to leave.❤️❤️

Had low water pressure and notified maintenance. Apparently someone in another unit had a leak and turned down the water pressure but didn't realize it turned off everyone's water. Maintenance made a quick assessment and got it all working correctly in a short period of time

For 11 years, the rent rate was reasonable and the maintenance service was excellent. The grounds were always beautifully landscaped and maintained. Loved those big trees along the roadways. Buildings were updated and maintained fairly well, structurally (roof, trim, windows, HVAC, etc.) Payment app was always easy and convenient and Christine at the main office was always quick to respond to, and helpful with, any issues. My concerns over the years would be: a lack of security /cameras around the high foot traffic strip mall /garage areas at night, the road noise near that same area at night, and the relentless black mold issue. Every apartment. It's literally IN the old stucco walls.
