I have always had great experiences with Greenville and the Company is quick to fix any maintenance situations the residents may have. Very safe, quiet and clean neighborhood as well. Plus, several convenience stores nearby. I love my Greenville!!!

We loved having a private entrance, a patio area, and a community that we felt comfortable taking a walk around the neighborhood. The main problems were that the space itself was a little small and that mold grew very quickly in several areas.

I had a great experience! Justin Toby was great! He did everything for me I just have to call him and he there for me. Very personal.
