“Very highly recommended! They helped me with a computer from 2004 that crashed and could not be rebooted. They recovered all the data and programs from the original hard drive, transferred it all to a new, better hard drive, and even made an extra backup of that. I happened to have another, unused computer that it could all be transferred to, which they did, including the original specialized sound card. I got my "old" computer back- in a new computer, working just as it had up to the moment it crashed. No loss of data or programs. They were prompt and informative throughout the process.”
