“In 2018, I’d been going back and forth thinking about getting into pc gaming. Once I officially decided to get into pc gaming, it was a matter of if I wanted a desktop or a laptop. My family is very spread out across the country, so when we go to see family we go FAR. With those thoughts on my mind, I decided to buy a laptop. I looked at so many brands and models on YouTube for months. By the time I was getting close to the end of my search, the Rtx 20 series GPUs had come out. I was leaning toward a couple of MSI laptops, but then came across a video about the Eluktronics mech 15 laptop. I’d never heard of the company, but I liked the YouTuber and he seemed to like the laptop so I decide their website was worth a look. Though I’m sometimes hesitant with unknown companies, their Black Friday deals were too good to pass up and exceeded my expectations for tech specs at my desired price range. The laptop was delivered very quickly and the build quality and performance are no joke. They were very generous to have a free thermal upgrade in their Black Friday deal and it’s been absolutely amazing! Still running great and love that mechanical keyboard. I probably wouldn’t feel right with anything other type of keyboard now, so I’m glad they still make models with mechanical keyboards. I didn’t even have a phone call with the company, but just by the emails I could feel how friendly the employees were. There is so much customization that can be done that just about anyone can find something. These are good people and this company is at least worth a look for anyone looking for a gaming laptop.”

“I experienced a power surge at my house, which impacted the computer and caused it not to turn on. I decided to take it to this place to have the hardware checked, and the technician was exceptionally thorough in discovering the issue and providing a timely solution. Communication was amazing, the price was reasonable, and the service was great. He even kindly assisted my wife in carrying the computer to the car as she has a bad back. What an outstanding service and a great guy! He truly deserved more than 5 stars!”
