“bryan (brian??? idk how it’s spelled) BUT!!! he made my first experience renting a u-haul easy and extremely pleasant. i might’ve not read the sign on how to open the door (use the knob lol) but he didn’t judge me, such a welcoming face and energy overall. he also helped me figure out the mobile check in/check out process. i will be going back when i need to rent a u-haul again.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”
