“If I could give this hidden gem 10 stars, I WOULD! Precision has been my "go-to" shop since they opened in 2018. The guys are always knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly, honest! The prices can't be beat and they always go above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns are taken care of before walking out. I stopped by this morning, in a pinch, to get my tire plugged before having to head into work. Rubia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took me right away, no waiting, no haggling prices and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing all the answers to his questions (as a woman, that's a rare find in the autobody biz and highly appreciated). He plugged my tire, checked the others and even had the electrician quickly address a concern I had with my lights. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Seriously...Stop going to Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube and hit these guys up instead! You won't regret it :)”

“Everest has been the only mechanic shop I will take my car to for over a decade, nearly 2 decades. In a college town, most mechanics are looking to get as much money out of "mom and dad" as possible and take advantage of a lot of young people who don't know much about their cars. Ever since they were first recommended to me (after getting cheated hard by another shop in the area), I have never felt like they were taking advantage. They tell you when something needs fixing but can be put off until you can afford it. They are incredibly busy so sometimes you have to wait a week or so for an appointment but the wait is worth it.”
“We had our Subaru damaged during a hit and run last month.Rear driver side. We took the car to Collision and they found there was more damage that was first thought. The wheel had been damage along with the rear subframe suspension assembly. Jack from Crash Champions Auto Body, suggested Sports Car Tire for that stage of the repairs. I was somewhat apprehensive but Jack went out of his way and offered to take us to Sports Tire Shop in Wilmington for a gander. We went with it. Let me tell you... these people are absolutely phenomenal in the work they do. They had the car up on the lift to show us the damage and what was needed to be repaired. They were very respectful and kind and answered all our questions. There was no question in their abilities or their integrity. Work was finished before expectation. We cannot praise or recommend both of these businesses highly enough. Note: This was the only shop ever to replace "my" original tire valve cap. Now that's paying proper respect to the customer... I'd say. Thank you.”

“Highly recommend for slightly used tires, brakes, etc. I had front and back brakes put on my Mazda CX9 and the price was unbelievably cheap and they did a fantastic job within 20 minutes. What I love about Cruz is that more than one person works on your car to troubleshoot. Just had rotors and brakes all around in 7/2023 on Union St. Had to get a loan to pay for it all and when Crespo Ent. went out of business, none of my past receipts could be honored for parts/warranties.

“First, “MIDAS” Auto Service (a.k.a.: FROM NOW ON…THE ONLY PLACE I will take my car for service & TLC) is the Perfect name for this solid GOLD gem I discovered by chance at 3601 Miller RD in Wilmington, DE.I am SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED…with EVERYONE & EVERY PART (see what I did there?) of my experience at this automotive shop — in a red, shiny new (1 yr old), modern & comfortably sized building — which peaks out from a slightly set back slope on Miller Rd, near Lea Boulevard.Gotta say, as far as 1st impressions go, they don’t get any better than the one made by Reese (sp?) who answered (cough— my endless questions, I mean) the initial call & set up the appointment. He is also the friendly face who greets you at the front desk when you walk into the entrance with comfortable waiting area. Chris, the owner (it turns out) was there too, quietly multitasking. Great chemistry between the two.Just as impressive, the really efficient, great service (you can watch through the window into the garage) and the professional and friendly guys working “under the hoods”. I've been here a few times over the last couple years and every single time they're upfront/honest about whats being done & with prices where you know they arent price gouging you. Anytime I need an oil change or maintenance done on my Durango I come here. They are busy (in a good way) but if they can fit you in, they will. I know they have online scheduling. A+. “I went to the shop for an A/C issue. My explanation of issue wasn’t as clear as I thought and I was given the steps to have my A/C unit checked. After explaining again in greater detail and offering my opinion as to the possible issue, I was able to have my vehicle serviced. They followed up with my warranty company to verify if it was actually covered annnnddddddddddd of course it wasn’t. A few dollars later everything was done and all I had to do was pick up my vehicle. I will defiantly visit these guys again very, very personable. Great Service!”
