“I had to bring my 4 day old daughter in here back in November to get an additional test done. When we arrived, it turns out Christiana Peds never sent a script in for the test. Being 4 days postpartum with a newborn, I was super overwhelmed and everyone at Lab Services was BEYOND nice and helpful. Special thank you to Char for helping resolve my situation with Christiana Peds and getting that script sent over so my daughter could have her test done ASAP and we could go home. I’m so grateful for how kind and helpful Char was. Would absolutely recommend this Lab because of the staff!!”

“I am a hard stick and have been since i was a child, and every other place I go to they choose to never listen as to what works for me. When I walk out I am all bruised up on both arms. I read the reviews on this labcorp and decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. From check in to getting my blood drawn these ladies were amazing! They listened and make you feel like you matter. You can tell they are a team here and thats what makes a great experience for a patient. Miss Gigi and Miss Jasmine and the check in lady ( i am so sorry i forgot your name)were phenomenal! I found my new labcorp for life ! “I have gotten quite a few tests done at this facility and always have a good experience. But a couple weeks ago I was really impressed with how patient and kind the workers were. I had chemo years ago (no port - biggest mistake) and my veins are scarred and it is sometimes very difficult to get a good stick that flows. The lady tried a couple times and couldn't get enough blood to flow, then got someone else to come in and help. They were able to get it. I am pleased with their approach and their skills. I know I am trouble when I come in, some days worse than others (if I forget to drink enough water the day before), but I can count on this team doing a good job and maintaining a professional demeanor.I find everyone I encounter there to be pleasant, and the wait time is usually minimal (but I do typically try to make an appointment which helps).”

“The automated phone system and website are terrible to make a reservation on. It will tell a time that is open for your appointment but when you agree to the time it will tell you it's not available. The website was the same, the time boxes that were not shaded in means open time slots but it wouldn't let you pick one.The employees were really nice and efficient, I checked in as a walk-in thinking I would have to wait but I only waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that waited on me was kind and got me out pretty quickly.”

“Went yesterday for a fasting blood draw. I was extremely pleased with the staff. Very friendly and went above and beyond. Clean office. And easy to get an appt. No waiting and no bruising. I had lots and lots of bloodwork done. Sometimes you get a bruise and Sometimes not I didn't feel a thing and no bruise.”

“My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!”

“Great burgers and desserts. However, it took a long time to come to my table. Very expensive. They literally drained my blood for payment. I think the place may be run by vampires. They have a dessert tray they bring around but don't take anything. All the desserts are in glass tubes with red liquid inside. Very suspicious. They also have plastic bags of tomatoes sauce. I think it's tomato sauce but who knows?”
“The back office staff (nurses) were friendly, and service was quick. The front desk was helpful with any questions, and they were able to get me through quickly.
Nobody likes having to go to medical offices... but I suppose most people only leave reviews if they had a bad experience. I found this Labcorp to be just fine!”

When the person took me to the back, she was really personable, she talked me through it, and we laughed and made conversation the entire time. On top of the personal interaction, she was able to get the bloodwork so quickly and efficiently that I couldn't even comprehend that it happened lol. If I need to get bloodwork again, I will be going back to this particular location. highly recommend.”
