“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”

“Went there last Saturday 18th, and both of the ladies in the store were very attentive and friendly. The store associates had very good input for outfits. In addition the store is very well organized and easy to shop in. They also follow great protocols during the pandemic, after each person uses the dressing room they sanitize it between uses.”

I left my credit card there which actually fell on the floor when I thought I put it in my purse. Patti acted quickly when she found it, and thought enough to look me up in their computer where she was able to locate my phone number. Since I was already on my way home, not close by, she had it overnighted to me. She put a personal note inside the envelope which I thought was above and beyond! She showed me that she cared enough to make sure I got my card which made me feel that she's not just a sales clerk but a kind and caring person! This to me is excellent service!!!”

“I've never been to Boot Barn before and its safe to say i'll be back very soon and often! The visual merchandising of the store is really nice. Theres plenty to choose from. So many cute pieces of womens clothing and accessories. The boot selection is amazing too. There is also a sale section so be sure to check that out.I snagged a full cowhide jacket for under $200 on clearance and got 50% off a pair of clearance jeans!!The fitting rooms are clean and spacious and have large mirrors.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”
