Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. “I was disappointed in the selection today but considering the time of year it seemed they're probably hearing up for Christmas. I've been in two other Ross locations that left me feeling like I needed a shower, thankfully today was different. No selection but excellent staff.”
